How It Works
Three gentle steps, from a caring collection to bringing them home to you again.
Step One
We Come to You
A caring member of the Angel Brigade team collects your companion from your home or vet, gently and without rush, at a time that works for you.
Step Two
Cremated With Care
Your pet is cremated individually or communally — whichever you choose — in a calm, respectful process that honours them every step of the way.
Step Three
Home to You Again
If you've chosen to have them returned, their ashes come home in your choice of a wooden keepsake box, scatter box, or memorial photo frame.

A horse is more than a companion — years of trust, quiet mornings, and a bond that runs deep. When the time comes to say goodbye, we believe that bond deserves the same care we give to every family member.
Losing a horse is one of the hardest things an owner can go through. Our trained, caring team collects and transports your horse with patience and dignity, even in the most emotional of circumstances — and you're welcome to be there with them, or to step back, whatever feels right for you.
We partner with one of South Africa's leading equine crematoriums, where your horse is treated as a whole, with nothing but respect and care from start to finish — communal cremation, or an individual cremation with their ashes returned home to you in a beautiful wooden casket.
